At Softlink, candidate mobilization is carried out through a painstaking procedure in which we reach out to the community to find potential beneficiaries or trainees for training programs.Location-specific skill gap analysis: First, a study of the target geography's skill requirements should be conducted. The numerous opportunities in that location for the foreseeable future are also examined in this study. This examination of skill gaps particular to a locality identifies the areas that have training potential.
In order to mobilize the candidates from the chosen geography, a multifaceted strategy is used. First and foremost, the emphasis will be on promoting the program through booklets, large newspapers, etc. Second, word-of-mouth, door-to-door, and snowball methods are used to spread the news about the program. Thirdly, information about the initiative is disseminated using a direct contact strategy.
The training course and placement opportunities are explained to the applicants. Candidates are registered for the program based on their enthusiasm and attitude.
The chosen applicants register in accordance with the project's guidelines. Following that, these candidates are split up into batches of no more than 20 and no more than 30.
Technical instruction on the mentioned subjects is included in the program. Furthermore, Softlink offers instruction in life skills and personality development. For the qualified Candidates, on-the-job training is arranged in addition to classroom instruction and laboratory practice.Exam and certification: Successful candidates have regular internal evaluations, and then the accredited certifying body of the relevant industry certifies them.
These applicants are placed through partner agency direct processes, job fairs, and placement agencies.
TSuccessful applicants who possess the necessary skills and a desire to launch their own company are found and given assistance in doing so. Additionally, they receive assistance in obtaining financial aid from various government programs and institutions.
Following placement, a candidate's contact information is entered into a database. We follow up with these candidates frequently to assist them in transitioning to their new positions and to offer support.
